Acceptance of Instructions & Terms and Conditions of business:
Following receipt of the Instructions, Business Medical Ltd will send the Terms and Conditions o
f business to the Instructing party.
Once the Terms & Conditions are agreed, the instructions will be accepted.
Arrangements will then be made to review the written information and examine the patient as required.
Professional Conduct & Confidentiality:
The General Medical Council and Faculty of Occupational Medicine guidelines on ethics and confidentiality will be followed at all times.
Report preparation:
Reports will be prepared according to the guidelines in Scottish or English law, as relevant.
